Rules for signing up Online
Astrocamp positions usually sell quickly due to the camp's popularity. A $25 deposit will be necessary to reserve a spot. Forms and cash will be accepted in the order in which they are received. However, if you sign up using this online form, the date and time that you submit this form will be recorded as your "received" time. For example, if you sign up here at 5:05 p.m. Dec. 10th and bring in your signed form and $25 the following day, you will have priority over the earliest walk- in on Dec. 11th. If you lost your form or did not receive one at school, you may get it here.
Online Registration will begin Monday, December 10th, at 3:00 p.m. Positions are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Walk-in registration will begin Tuesday, December 11th, at 7:00 am.
Sign up forms will be passed out to you in your science class on December 10th . If you lost your form or did not receive one at school, you may get it here.
Bring all forms and cash to Mr. Rose in room G-118.
Total cost for the trip will be $150.00, which includes the $25 deposit. This covers all program costs, bus transportation, and substitutes for required teacher chaperones. Due to new requirements in funding these types of activities, your deposit and all subsequent payments must be paid in cash or money order. Please enclose cash in a sealed envelope and include the student's name, Science teacher's name, and "Astrocamp" on the outside of the envelope. Sorry, we cannot accept checks.
*Important- When you sign up online, your submission will be time and date stamped. However, this will only ensure your position if you bring in your deposit and signed forms the next school day.
